It's Friday night. The Domino's app is open, the group chat is voting between Farmhouse and Chicken Dominator, and someone asks, "Wait, how bad is this, really?" Here's the good news. Domino's pizza calories in India are not a mystery. Domino's India publishes its own nutrition numbers, and once you see them side by side, ordering smart gets a lot easier.
This guide lines up the calories, protein, carbs, and fat for 13 Regular pizzas, plus wings, garlic bread, and dessert. No guessing. Every number is copied from our Domino's India nutrition page.
Where these numbers come from
Most of the numbers here come straight from Domino's India's official nutrition information. For pizzas, we list the Regular size on the New Hand Tossed crust, and each number is for the whole pizza, not one slice.
For a few popular sides, like plain Garlic Bread and the Choco Lava Cake, we don't have official Domino's India numbers. For those, we use FatSecret India, a third-party nutrition site. I'll flag every FatSecret number clearly, so you always know which is which.
One more thing: Domino's India does not list fiber, so we can't show it.

What I noticed first: the pizzas sit in a fairly tight band. The lightest one on our list (Margherita, 645) and the heaviest (Peppy Paneer, 788) are only 143 calories apart. The bigger swings come from what you add on the side.
Chicken Dominator calories and the other chicken pizzas
Let's start with the big one. A whole Regular Chicken Dominator has 762 calories and 38.1 g of protein.
The other chicken pizzas land close by:
- Chicken Golden Delight: 759 calories, 36.6 g protein
- Indi Chicken Tikka: 752 calories, 33.4 g protein
- Non-Veg Supreme: 751 calories, 35.4 g protein
- Chicken Sausage: 736 calories, 32.9 g protein
- Pepper Barbeque Chicken & Onion: 697 calories, 32.7 g protein
This is where it gets interesting. The Chicken Fiesta has slightly more protein than the Dominator (38.2 g vs 38.1 g) for 26 fewer calories (736 vs 762). If protein is your goal, the Fiesta quietly wins.
One number worth a look is sodium. Domino's India lists the Non-Veg Supreme at 1,849 mg, the highest of the 13 pizzas. The Margherita lists 822 mg.
Farmhouse pizza calories and the veg options
Veg pizzas run a little lower in calories and protein than the chicken ones. A whole Regular Farmhouse has 691 calories and 28.7 g of protein.
The Veggie Paradise is close behind at 674 calories and 27.2 g protein. The exception is the Peppy Paneer. Paneer brings the protein up to 35.7 g, but it is also the highest-calorie pizza on our list, at 788 calories and 34.2 g of fat.
Margherita pizza calories at Domino's
If you want the lightest pizza, the plain Margherita is it: 645 calories, 26.5 g protein, 81.9 g carbs, and 23.5 g fat for a whole Regular pizza.
The Double Cheese Margherita adds 53 calories (698 total) and 4.4 g more protein (30.9 g). That's a small jump for the extra cheese.
Domino's garlic bread calories
Here's the thing about sides. They can add almost as much as a second half of pizza.
FatSecret India (a third-party site, not Domino's India) lists:
- Garlic Bread: 340 calories, 11.9 g protein, 57.6 g carbs, 6.9 g fat for 122 g (4.3 oz)
- Stuffed Garlic Bread: 540 calories, 20.2 g protein, 82.4 g carbs, 14.4 g fat for 190 g (6.7 oz)
- Paneer Tikka Stuffed Garlic Bread: 429 calories, 10 g protein for 200 g (7.1 oz)
For comparison, Domino's India's official numbers cover the Stuffed Garlic Bread with Chicken Pepperoni, at 716 calories and 21.6 g protein. That's more than a whole Regular Margherita.
Dessert follows the same pattern. FatSecret India lists the Choco Lava Cake at 350 calories with 4 g of protein.
Dominos high protein picks
If you're a gym-goer trying to hit a protein target, the wings are the standout. Domino's India lists Roasted Chicken Wings with Peri Peri Seasoning at 22.1 g of protein for 266 calories.
To compare items fairly, I worked out grams of protein per 100 calories (protein ÷ calories × 100) from the listed numbers:
- Roasted Chicken Wings Peri Peri: about 8.3 g per 100 calories
- Chicken Fiesta pizza: about 5.2 g
- Chicken Dominator pizza: about 5.0 g
- Margherita pizza: about 4.1 g
- Garlic Bread (FatSecret India): about 3.5 g
- Choco Lava Cake (FatSecret India): about 1.1 g
Other chicken sides are useful too. Chicken Meat Balls Peri Peri list 17.8 g of protein for 291 calories, and Boneless Chicken Wings Peri Peri list 16.7 g for 262 calories. The Hot & Sweet roasted wings have the same 22.1 g of protein but 295 calories and 6 g of sugar, because of the sauce.
How much protein do you actually need? The Institute of Medicine's RDA for adults is 0.8 g per kg of body weight a day. For a 154 lb (70 kg) adult, that's 56 g. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2025 to 2030 set a higher goal of 1.2 to 1.6 g per kg, which is 84 to 112 g for the same person. Our protein calculator gives you a personal range based on your weight and goal, and our guide on how much protein per meal helps you spread it out.
Sharing math: what you actually eat
Most people don't eat a whole Regular pizza alone. Since Domino's lists whole-pizza numbers, here's simple sharing math. If two people share one Regular pizza evenly, each eats about half:
- Chicken Dominator: about 381 calories and 19 g protein each
- Chicken Fiesta: about 368 calories and 19.1 g protein each
- Farmhouse: about 346 calories and 14.4 g protein each
- Margherita: about 323 calories and 13.3 g protein each
Now try a protein-first order. Half a Chicken Fiesta (about 368 calories, 19.1 g protein) plus one serving of Roasted Chicken Wings Peri Peri (266 calories, 22.1 g protein) adds up to about 634 calories and 41.2 g of protein. That's more protein than a whole Chicken Fiesta for about 100 fewer calories.
Compare that with a common combo. A whole Margherita (645) plus Garlic Bread (340) and a Choco Lava Cake (350) comes to 1,335 calories. Two of those numbers are from FatSecret India, so treat the total as a rough guide.
Watch the carbs too
Pizza is mostly crust, so carbs are the biggest macro here. Every Regular pizza on our list has between 81.9 g and 87.4 g of carbs. The Institute of Medicine sets the adult carb RDA at 130 g a day, so one whole Regular pizza covers roughly two-thirds of that minimum. Our guide on how many carbs per day explains what that means for you.
A note on health conditions
If you have diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, or you're pregnant, the carbs and sodium in pizza matter more. Talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian about what fits your plan.
How long would it take to walk it off?
This isn't about "earning" food. It just helps put the numbers in perspective. The 2024 Adult Compendium of Physical Activities gives brisk walking at 3.5 to 3.9 mph a MET value of 4.8. A MET is a measure of how hard an activity is compared with sitting still.
The formula is: Calories ≈ MET × weight (kg) × hours.
For a 154 lb (70 kg) person, brisk walking burns about 4.8 × 70 × 1 = 336 calories an hour. So:
- Half a Chicken Dominator (about 381 calories): about 68 minutes
- Garlic Bread (340 calories, FatSecret India): about 61 minutes
- Roasted Chicken Wings Peri Peri (266 calories): about 48 minutes

What this means for your next order
Based on what I've seen in these numbers, the pizza choice matters less than the extras. Here's a simple plan:
- Pick your pizza by taste. The Regular pizzas are within 143 calories of each other.
- Share it. Half a Regular pizza is roughly 323 to 394 calories, depending on the pizza.
- Add wings, not bread. The Peri Peri roasted wings add 22.1 g of protein for 266 calories.
- Treat garlic bread and dessert as extras. Each can add 340 calories or more.
The bottom line
Domino's pizza calories in India land between 645 and 788 for a whole Regular New Hand Tossed pizza. Chicken pizzas give the most protein, the Margherita is the lightest, and the roasted wings are the best high-protein add-on. You don't have to skip pizza night. A shared pizza plus a protein side is an easy, satisfying order. See every item on our Domino's India page.
